Full Design and Integration

We can provide a quote to design a JEAN-based system to your precise requirements, integrating with your existing systems.

Custom Catalogs

We can implement one or more new JEAN catalogs to your requirements or we can customize one of our existing catalogs. This may involve the design of pages to store and display data within JEAN and new menu items to carry out operations on the data or display information in a format appropriate to your company. The final price will depend on the number and complexity of these different components and quotations will be given. The following is a rough guide to prices:

• attribute design: £30 per page
• menu items: £50-£100 each

For new catalogs only, this includes an unlimited number of licenses for the customer's own use but requires the License Kit (JEANLK) to sell them on.

Packages

JEANAP Accommodation Provider Pack £300 JEANframework + JEANbookings + customization

Customization includes

• up to 2 new pages of attributes
• design of invoice, timesheet (for JEANSBC) or acknowledgement letter (for JEANAP) based on one of a number of standard layouts, and including own logo provided in standard format
• up to four additional menu items to perform extra functions or display information
• extra support to familiarise you with the system.

We can advise whether it would be more cost-effective for you to purchase one of these packs or a custom catalog, based on an appraisal of your requirements.

Training and Mentoring

We offer hands-on training at the customer's site. The following is a rough guide to costs based on a minimum attendance of 5 people:
half day course: £25 per person
full day course: £40 per person

We can provide follow-on mentoring, by email at £10 per hour, by phone at £25 per hour and on site at £40 per hour.
